Worth having this refurbished or just replaced

We have a defunct Jacuzzi Avanza in our basement. Any ideas on if it’s worth fixing/replacing all the inner working or if it would be better to just replace it.
Heater does not work, leaks from various places when pumps running, and it’s ridiculously loud (likely bad pumps).
