What is everyone's routine before draining & refilling their hottub?

Recently purchased a Marquis Vector V84L and its an awesome tub. Anyway in a few weeks, it will be time for the first drain, clean and fill and I was curious what everyone's routine is before draining the tub. I purchased some Ohhh Yuk Healthy Hottub cleaner which I will use to flush the lines before I drain but also wondering what everyone else might do besides line flush and drain?
