I’ve grown peppers for a few years now and I’m looking to really get into making hot sauce next year. I’ve never made any so I was wondering what peppers make the best hot sauce/ add the best flavor? I always plan next years garden at the end of the growing season. I have a really high heat tolerance. A lot of people say I’m “not normal” when it comes to this stuff 😂. I was also wondering what the benefit is of fermenting sauce. I’m guessing it must change the flavor or make it more mellow. Also if anyone has some bomb proof recipes to get my feet wet that would be great too. Thanks!
