In Chelsea Market, NYC, in the bottom floor (downstairs from the entrance) there is a hot sauce tasting bar. You can taste any hot sauce you want and then buy which one you want. It’s not limited to one try either you can try all of them if you want. I seriously recommend it I do it almost every time I’m in the market.
