Recently we stopped at a small family-owned restaurant. They had all the normal sauces on the table but one table over in the corner had something different. The cap was different for sure. I go over and snatch this little bottle up and immediately tried on some tortilla chips. I then filled my salsa bowl with this delicious Verde concoction. I finished the bottle and they brought me out a second one, now that's hospitality. I snapped a photograph of it.
Extremely happy with this sauce. Where it's lacking heat it's abundant in bright fresh zesty flavor that simply made me want to turn the bottle up and just drink it. Am I the only one that likes this stuff?
