My wife’s conversation with my best friend.

My best friend is over for a visit. There was some talk that led to my best friend telling my wife his life story till today.
Once he was done, my wife started her own. At the end she told him “I would have told you about the guys as well but he(me) will feel bad”
And I was like whattttttttttttttttt. I am still processing it. I know most of it but then why she said I’ll feel bad. Bad for what?????
