For me it’s a threesome - she had one with an ex and has said she’ll never do it again.
It was something that they had discussed and both wanted to do and went with it when the opportunity arose. My wife loved it but her boyfriend was out performed by the third and it caused issues in the following months.
Eventually they broke up - she really liked him and says it all went wrong after the threesome..
