How much HP is “normal”?

How often is everyone getting off to, or thinking about HP to get going? I’m really attracted to my wife, which certainly helps. But, if I’m just scrolling to get a little in the mood, I find myself being mostly attracted to porn that closely resembles her.
It seems to be mainly what gets me in the mood. I guess it’s not a problem? Just wanted to feel out the room.
