VKB gladiator NXT evo joystick doesn't work.

Just got a VKB gladiator today out of the box it seemed to be working fine. Now the joystick does not work all the buttons are still picked up in game and work but the actual joystick movements are not detected. I calibrated everything and in the troubleshooting app it displays all movements picked up. I don't know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciate.
(My left omni throttle completely 100% works but my right joystick does not)
