White rice, ground beef with tomatoes and corn, pinto beans and some kind of pumpkin based puree or soup (?) not sure. Flan for dessert.
This hospital is administered by the private sector even though it’s part of the public/free health system, which makes it notably better than most public hospitals here.
I love that we are able to learn a little bit about different healthcare systems around the world here. Thanks for sharing. I hope that you feel better soon :) What was your favorite part of this meal?
