I picked up Whatever Happened to Baby Jane on a whim the other day. I've seen the movie but the movie always confused me. The book is so good, I can't believe I waited so long to check it out.
So now I'm wondering what other horror gems from the 50s, and 60s to early 70s I might have missed out on.
I have read all the Shirley Jackson and Richard Matheson books and the early Stephen King books.
I prefer audiobooks.
What suggestions do you have for me?
