Good horror movie D&D adaptations?
Post Body
After I saw The Nun (which was a very poor movie), i was inspired to run a D&D session based off the movie, and it was quite honestly one of my most successful sessions.
An old monastery, possessions, demon locked in the basement playing off the parties fears and memories. Having to find the macguffin to kill the demon (blood of a demigod). It worked out way better as a game session than a movie.
Has anyone else tried this with other horror flicks? Were any successful? Horrible failures?
