Loved the original and really enjoyed the new one. Only one I haven't seen yet is book of shadows but I hear its pretty terrible. Should I watch the original first or just watch the fan edit? I should also say I enjoy bad/cheesy movies but if the fan edit makes it actually good I'd rather that.

Update: Ended up watching the original one just because it was a better resolution then the fan edit. I enjoyed the begging of it and thought it was cool how meta it was but as it goes on it adds very jarring cuts to a murder and then back which felt out of place. Ending twist is almost good but ends up being pretty stupid and doesn't feel like it related much to the blair witch. Some of the backstory with the kids messing with the witch was pretty good tho.
