What are some good apocalyptic movies where the chaos is the main plot point?

Most apocalyptic movies have a quick 5 minute scene and then the world is over.
Movies like Bird Box, World War Z, Dawn of the Dead all have great end of the word chaos scenes, and honestly I would have liked those movies to have kept that pace with the world coming undone as the whole movie.
I can think of a couple off the top of my head that do this successfully: War of the Worlds and Cloverfield..
But I know there is more.. what would those be? Thanks!
