To me, most movie monsters always feel like they’re the underdog. Humans got all these fancy guns and bombs and sci fi bullshit, but the monster is just one creature trying to survive a hostile world. When they get killed at the end I always get kinda sad, kinda like when a dog dies in a movie. I’m a huge fan of Godzilla for this exact reason. It’s a monster movie franchise where the monster always wins. Any recommendations for movies where the monster wins and beats the humans or at least survives to the end of the movie? I’d prefer something where the monster isn’t friendly towards humans.
