Horizon Zero Dawn and Micro Stutters

No matter how low I set the graphics and even with g sync or v sync on, the game micro stutters. I have a PG35VQ ultra wide that can go all the way up to 180hz, but for full 10bit performance I set it to 144 hz. I get on average 90 to 85 frames on 3440x1440 and the game still micro stutters like crazy when panning. Sync off, G Sync ultimate on. 3080
