Now that we got the last bit of story for this patch, what are your overall thoughts on Part 2 story?

I actually liked the first third of Part 2, Oxia and the mystery of the Sea of Data and meeting the main cast was fun and intriguing. Unfortunately Langqiu was a huge miss for me. The area and music was beautiful but omg the lore and info dump was not relatable and just felt flat and boring. A lot of the explanations felt like they were to advance the plot and the interactions that I initially enjoyed felt like an afterthought just to get from point to point.

IMO the biggest mistake was jumping to Langqiu too quickly. We were still getting to know the main cast and suddenly we are exposed to all these characters from the past and care about them.

Not to hate on Songque, Perception?, Litost, and Dogsomething, but i couldnt just care about these characters, the npcs in the Lanqqiu, and the pseudo-science with the nails, shadows, and how the worlds are connected just felt too pulled out of our ass for me (i know this is fiction, but sorry this just didnt work for me).

I like the new main cast and wished this first part was more devoted to them. I think the dance with Senadina was the highest point for me. Everything else after just kind of fell flat imo.

Anyways, what are your thoughts? Did you enjoy Part 2 overall? What things do you think could have been done better?
