TL;DR - no start, put new fuel pump on, it ran for about 30 seconds and then won't start again
So the wife and I went for a ride the other day, got home, shut the bikes off, a couple of minutes later I went to start her bike back up to put it in the garage, and it wouldn't start. Cranks fine, was acting like it wasn't getting fuel. Fuel pump wasn't making any noise, so she panicked and bought a replacement.
I swapped it out, hooked everything back up, and the bike started right up. Ran for about 30 seconds, and then it sputtered and died again. I jumpered the bank angle sensor thinking it might be bad, but that wasn't it. Bike is in neutral, has plenty of gas in it, and no amount of clutch or kickstand up/down lets it start. I tried to get MIL codes out of it, but it didn't have any in it.
Where should I go next? Ignition? Is there any other fail save other than the bank angle sensor that would flat out not let the bike run?
