I am looking to buy my first car. After talking to a salesmen the last couple days about an ex model honda civic 2019, the car was sold before it arrived at the dealership. It was priced really well for its value, and it was cosmic metallic blue which broke my heart when it sold. Anyway I've been looking and found another 2019 ex model. This time though it feels a bit shady. The car is a lot cheaper compared to what other cars of the same model are selling for. The mileage is pretty decent, and there are no accidents on the vehicle.
The reason why I say it feels off is because the carfax reports last odometer read was 57,000km and the car is listed at 81,000km. I asked the salesmen and he just said that the 57k km was the last time it was recorded and that there are still no accidents.
It is also being sold "as is". I just don't want to be buying someone elses junk.
