which civic should i get?

Should I get a 2019 honda civic ex or a 2020 honda civic lx? Both have pretty similar mileage, no accidents, and are priced the same. The 2019 is Cosmic Blue Metallic and the 2020 is black. It's not a big deal but just something I thought I should share. Anything I should look out for with these two cars? Or something that stands out? I don't know much so anything would be appreciated, thanks!
