Need help picking the right ecu (ek b swap)

Hey guys so I have a 99 ek ex coupe that’s manual and b16a2 swapped, I wanna run hondata on it but not sure what ecu to get for it to run as best as possible, I’ve heard either a p30 or p28 but moreso p30, I currently have a chipped p06 with a step down harness. Just wanna make sure I’m running the correct ecu and software as I’m trying to push 500 with boost some time in the future
