I referenced Dolby's Atmos guidelines for my first HT build. I'm building in a 12 ft long and 10 ft wide space with a 77inch TV and the MLP being 51 inches from the back wall. With the MLP being where it is, all of the speakers was aligned with Dolby's tolerances. However, due to construction constraints, both pairs of ceiling speaker cutouts were placed 55.5 degrees from the horizontal plane rather than being between 30-55 degrees as outlined on page 8.
I was wondering if this might be an issue or not. I plan on getting 4 8 inch in-ceiling speakers that are capable of being angled towards the MLP.
