Hi everyone,
I purchased my x900h back in No. 2020 and have (mostly) loved the experience and quality of this television. It is paired with an Onkyo TX-NR696 receiver via Main Arc connected to the HDMI Port 3. Connected to my AVR is a 5.1 surround sound system using Polk speakers and sub.
Everything has been working well until last night, when I had a power outage for roughly an hour. When power was restored, I discovered the audio does not work when using the tv / external speakers function. I have confirmed the speakers and receiver are still working by testing Bluetooth connection with my phone. The tv will recognize that an audio system is plugged into HDMI 3, but it will not register any audio when set to external speakers.
Has anyone had this issue in the past and found a solution? I’ve tried replacing the HDMI cables, restarting both the tv and receiver, and adjusting small system settings based on previous posts. Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
