Caliborn destroys the site with the crowbar, a juju breaker: http://www.mspaintadventures.com/007395/
Could it be that MSPA is Caliborn's juju pre-weaponizing, and he traps the kids in the comic itself?
EDIT: Hussie tells Caliborn that destroying the site will cause problems "Mostly for [Caliborn]". This could also be seen as evidence for this theory.
EDIT 2: Not to mention, Caliborn has practiced writing Homestuck before. Caliborn = Andrew Hussie?
