Why do people associate doom with order?

I've mostly considered that the Life/Doom aspects represent beginnings and endings, respectively. I theorize that they are closely associated with Time and Space, as both of those aspects have to do with maintaining, albeit in different ways: Space deals with propagation while Time deals with permanence. I tend to see Life and Doom as complementing this: Life deals with beginnings and possibilities, while Doom deals in endings and fate.

Yet I have seen that a few people seem to associate the aspect of Doom with order. Why is that?
