How do you vacation, or rather, how do you plan for your homestead to be maintained while you are away?

I love the idea of having goats and chickens and a nice garden for consumables and some flowers, but I have also been known to take a few 10-day camping trips throughout the year.
How do you leave for more than a day and make sure everything is taken care of? Are there services for this or do you just not really travel that much anymore?
