Favorite unique hot sauce recipes?

I want to make hot sauce for a friend but want something different.
When I was working on a farm, a couple showed me how to make some really good pineapple mango ghost pepper hot sauce. Anything on par with that would be awesome.
Hot jellies or jams would also be amazing. Would love something that tastes great on its own/just on chips or complementing a dish.
