Back at y’all with more exciting well issues
Post Body

Howdy all! Was able to fix the primary pump on my well fairly easy outside of getting sprayed really good when I didn’t notice the pressure gauge was stuck and that I did in fact prime my well.

Onto the new exciting issue today! Came home and one of my holding tanks had a significant amount of water coming from the cap. Went and grabbed the ladder and sure enough the water is above the float. The setup on this the float in the larger tank hooks up to the float in the smaller tank.

It looks pretty straightforward; just replace the float in the large holding tank as it appears to have failed. Seeing as it’s after 5 I’ll be going to the hardware store tomorrow and I thought I would ask all y’all!

Appreciate the help!

P.S. I turned off the well pump for now to hopefully stem the loss of water.
