Best Peephole Camera for Front Door?

Hi everyone, I live in a high rise condo with strict HOA rules and enforcement regulating the common areas- this means we are only allowed to use the same number plates, same door hardware, no welcome mats, etc., and also means Ring style cameras are prohibited.
What’s the recommended IP connected camera that I can replace my peephole with and be able to monitor remotely? Basically a Ring that can be mounted inside and monitor through the peephole?
