My 8 year old is doing his first year of homeschooling with me. (3rd grade) I work between 70 and 80 hours a week. I’m an independent contractor so he goes with me on most of my job therefore school does to. He’s not motivated and would much rather complain and find ways to be distracted than do his work. We are just in the 2nd grade review part. Is he just bored with the review, or am I doing something wrong. I have big plans for our 3rd grade work and I believe he will be excited and motivated then. But how do I get him through this part? Thank you so much for listening to me and any advice that is offered.
