Dumb question but appreciate help

If I drill 2.5 inches straight vertical at this red arrow will I hit drywall or only be drilling in wood?
It looks like there are 2 wood boards on interior of window frame but I am not sure if those boards fill the entire frame of the window or are just decorative pieces and there is drywall in the interior of the window frame…if that makes sense
