What are your views on this? expenses? We recently bought a house and there was terrible moisture problems underneath. We think it damaged the subfloor. We are getting the crawlspace fixed now. I really want to convert it to a concrete foundation because damaged subfloor scare me enough into this crazy idea. I think it would be better in the long-run. How much money would it cost to convert? Crawlspace problems, along with wooden subfloor, seems ridiculously expensive. We're looking for the long-haul expenses. In my overall opinion, I think concrete slab foundations are safer than crawlspace. How much would it cost to get it converted?
