Post Body

So i live in Arizona and never use my heat, So this weekend it was a bit cold and decided to use it. The Ac will blow cold cold air but the heat pump when switching over to heat will only blow cold air.

So i called the ppl that installed it and they sent out a tech and he checked everything and then said it was because i may have a leak. I said for 2 years now if i had a leak the ac wouldn't t blow cold. I said how do i know they didn't pressure test it after they installed it.

He said the reason why it would not kick on to heat was low refrigerate and says they will have someone follow up with me on Saturday to fill it up.

What does everyone think is this true or what else should I be asking.
