My next door neighbors are renters, and their landlord (the homeowner) told them to contact me because a tree branch from our yard knocked down their gutter during "the last wind storm". Not sure when they mean...
Obviously, I have an email out to my home insurance agency.
But, curious about what others have done or would do. I don't want to make enemies in my neighborhood. But, I also don't want to pay for something I don't owe...
