So I recently purchased 15 acres of land and the owner of the land next to my side is annoying the hell out of me. She’s about mid 60s maybe, when I first started clearing the land to make way for my house build she came out screaming telling me the property lines were marked wrong (by professional surveyors) and that she owns 20 yards on my side of the markers. Her house is about 400 yards from my property line but every night she walks the property line and will tear down my posted signs. I get her just about daily on my trail camera that I don’t think she knows about walking the property line. I’m looking for some insight on some LEGAL ways to screw with this lady.
