Hello, we've had this fridge for a few years and suddenly, the freezer? (left side/door) stopped working for some reason. It's been like this for over a week now.

I think the fridge (right side/door) still works since it's apparently 35 Fahrenheit/1 Celsius, so we're keeping stuff in there still.

I've tried to hold the top-left buttons together but nothing worked. Should I try to fix it myself (via parts) or call in a repair technician to have it fixed?

Last thing I remember when it was still working was when I was cooking dumplings after opening it, then I closed it but I'm pretty sure it was fully closed.
