So I just bought a house and everything is fine for the most part. But I've noticed that my neighbor has 2 little dogs that they permanently keep outside. That isn't really the part I have an issue with, it's the fact that basically don't care for them at all. They don't have a dog house or anything so if it rains all night, they're sitting in the rain all night. They don't consistently feed them, and when they do it's just food scraps. Yesterday they were fed some pizza scraps and the box is still sitting outside.
Now I am not the type of person that enjoys confrontation, so if all the comments are just to ignore them, I'm "ok" with that. But I also feel terrible that those dogs are living the worst life that they could, at least it seems like it's terrible.
Should I do anything at all, or just let life play out?
U should try to call animal control, but I think that won’t help their dogs much,
