Hey there. Me and my family would like to buy land and build or buy a small house in the US for holidays trips. We are from EU. Where should I start? Our budget is low, but we aren’t looking for place with good job market or anything like that. Our one and only requirement for that place is to be close to the international airport. We thought about Ohio mostly. Any advices? What should I be aware of while buying house in the US? Is it cheaper to buy a land and build little house? Need some help!
