They meant the garage/kitchen comments being gender biased. The term “master” has been replaced by “primary” by folks who feel master is too reminiscent of the days of slavery.

Honestly when I see a listing like this, I would be more inclined to put in an aggressive offer if I liked it. If this is the best listing their agent could come up with, odds are they aren’t going to be well represented on the rest of the sale.
