Just got the confirmation Sump Pump Pipe collapse. HELP
Post Body
So I just had a foundation repair guy come out and confirm that my sump pump piping has collapsed. My sump pump has been bone dry for the 2 years I’ve owned the house. (first home). I noticed water spots in my carpet so ripped it up and my carpet padding was all soaked. So I replaced the padding and sealed eveything off with waterproofing sealer on the foundation. So now my question is is this something home insurance will cover? (progressive), they quoted me 10-15k to fix this.
