Anyone used the Taskrabbit app to have someone provide service at your house ?

I am hesitant to used the app because technically I am just hiring a stranger to my home to do a service for me when there isnāt a supervisor/manager to call to complain if I am not satisfy with the service. The reviews scare me because one says āThe individual wouldnāt leave the premiseā and thatās not I want to spend my weekend. What are you thoughts on the app?
