living next to a busy road, should i worry about pollution? would an air purifier matter?

i live next to a busy 40kmp/25mph two lane road on the forth floor and the opposite side of the street is a park with trees. Ive noticed that my room gets way mote dusty than usual and its a bit concerning, should i invest in an air purifier (ikea) or am i just paranoid?
most busses here (oslo, norway) are electric and about 1:4 of cars are electric too if that matters
