What do you all use when creating card rules and mechanics?

Is there a tool that I can use to write down card rules and keywords? Like for example "Haste' and I can use that as a keyword and it can keep track of what cards use that key word. Or if I have specific classes I can give a card a class and it keeps track how many cards have that class?
