So I noticed this same random car parked randomly different spots around the area. Now I live in area where they are 11 bars within less than a mile from where I live. So I periodically walking to a bar or running/walk randomly various time of the day. Last night, I noticed this random car at 2:30 am and I can see he was jerking off but very discreetly about it. It dawn on me that same car was parked a blocked from my house. He was changing clothes in his car but thought that was unusually. As I realize that he was homeless, since the police drive around the area periodically. He move his car so he wouldn’t get in trouble by law enforcement and neighbors. I want to kindly suggest he park in my driveway since I always park on the street. He don’t have to worry about constantly moving and get a full hours asleep. He doesn’t have to worry someone peeping through his car.

What you think? I’m creating more problems than necessary or just leave him alone?
