This doesn’t work for every realty office depending on how they verify income, but it’s a very useful tip. 123paystub.com, etc. just make sure you can keep that apartment once you get in. I’ve had mine for a year now? I’m renewing it this week for another year by the end of the month. Landlord didn’t even know I had quit my job when I got my keys. Got a new job 2 months ago. the hardest part for me getting out of homeless and trying to stay out of it for the first time is battling my self destruction and loneliness. I’m angry because of my past still and I’m angry because of how people aren’t patient with my issues and leave me (they don’t have to be patient it just sucks and NO ONE STAYS). So yeah trying to connect while still feeling like a wild animal no one likes and not minding that if I die in my apartment no one would know besides my landlord who only wants the rent. So yeah the loneliness bites hard. Any tips to connect with others better after being mentally scarred? Love this sub by the way!
