Haven't heard from my brother since January - in San Diego homeless. Alive?

My brother is 30 years old, homeless in San Diego been so for 2 years. He used to call me all the time. If he lost phone he'd call me from a homies within a few days ect. We got in a fight last time I talked to him , that was in January and I haven't heard from him since. Do you think he's alive or dead?
