What cat cable should we be using in our homes?

Post Body

I am about to network cable my recently purchased home. I am just wondering what cable standard I should go for?

There will be about 24 runs and the router in the main house. I want to run 4x 10gbe to a studio 30m away (I won't use them all right away but it's easier to run now) Then the studio will have 9 or so runs and a server rack but that is easier to add to.
