Hey everyone, after I finally came to my senses recently I've started to backup my data following the 3-2-1 rule. I have a 'main' server that's a Dell R720 with ~16TB in a RAID5, a 'Backup' ''Server'' which is a Netgear ReadyNAS that I got for free from work with only 4TB also In a RAID5. Overall Pretty decent hardware.
But the problem here is I need a way to sync files between those 2 servers and BackBlaze B2 automatically every night. I haven't found any free/good alternatives to Veeam (Yes I get why its the industry standard for backup, we use it at work.) As of now I have been manually backing up files with Cyberduck, and while its far from perfect one of the many things it can't do is automatically do backups/schedules. And I do have a dedicated x86 machine for this task with no preference towards Linux or Windows, whatever works.
So far I've tried the community version of Veeam (No cloud backups). UrBackup/ElkarBackup (Again no cloud) and rSync (Couldn't get SMB shares to mount for the life of me)
