USB-C keystones that don't suck?

Post Body

I'm rack-mounting my PC and am looking to aggregate a lot of the I/O around to the front via a patch panel where it's easily accessible, including a type-c port. This seems like something that should be easy to do but all of the keystones I've found online just look like total garbage (running at USB 2.0 speeds, not reversible, etc.) Can anyone vouch for any, or suggest any alternative solutions?
