New-ish procesing server recommendations

Post Body
Love this place and seeing ya'll's frankenstein setups. Hoping someone is willing to help me out here.
I am looking to purchase and deploy a processing blade which will primarily run docker containers. I am looking for recommendations from sysadmins who have done a recent search for something similar. I found /r/homelab/wiki/hardware really helpful but this is geared towards older hardware.
Here's my preferences if you care:
- I don't care about noise, heat, or power consumption
- need to keep price under $2k - cheaper is better, obviously
- I want long-lasting hardware.
- prefer to buy refurbished but ideally through a university-approved seller like amazon or newegg
- This server will connect directly to data servers & run processing & web front-ends.
- need 2 NICs minimum but more would be nice.
- Redundant power supplies is important to me.
- PCIe NVMe SSDs have given me trouble so I prefer to stick with 2 RAID SATA SSDs - software RAID is fine.
Thoughts? This is my first server purchase so any advice is welcomed.
